Teaching a range of classes, including spin, at the gym in London in addition to working with individuals. This is a fun class where I will blast out different songs that will motivate you to keep going. A quick workout like spin will help you burn a lot of calories.
Endurance & Functional Training
Endurance & Functional Training will come up a plan best suited for you which will get your heart rate up and strengthen your muscles at the same time. This particular exercise is great for weight loss and body toning.
