I understand everyone is unique with their body type, strength and goals, so my program is always customised to every individual based on their goals & preferences.
I can teach all ages:
Youth: (16- 20 years),
Young Adults: ( 20- 40 Years),
Middle Age: (40-65 years).
I offer my services in many different places according to your ease:
• In the comfort of your own home where ( I can visit your location to train you there or online training session).
• You can come to my location, which is 68/7 The mall, Stratford centre, great eastern road, LONDON E15 1XQ.

Muscle Build & Toning, Kettlebells Training
Muscle building will be your greatest option if you want to bulk up and put on weight. I'll put out an effective training schedule for you to get you where you want to go.
Strength Power & Stamina Training
There are 4 types of exercise that can increase your health and physical ability. These are, Endurance, Strength, Balance, and Flexibility. I am qualified to train you on all these areas to help you get where you would like to be.
Pad Work Boxing Training
Boxing can help you develop muscle in your legs, hips, core, arms, chest, and shoulders. It is a fantastic full-body workout. Additionally, it can improve your power, speed, agility, endurance, and hand-eye coordination.
Spin Class
I teach a range of classes, including spin, at the gym in London in addition to working with individuals. This is a fun class where I will blast out different songs that will motivate you to keep going. A quick workout like spin will help you burn a lot of calories.
Crossfit and Circuit Training
For circuit training I will come up a plan best suited for you which will get your heart rate up and strengthen your muscles at the same time. This particular exercise is great for weight loss and body toning.
Fat and Weight Loss Training
If you are wanting to lose some weight and to tone up, then I am more than qualified to help you. Together we will come up with the perfect routine of cardio, weight training and many more exercises.
Interval Training
Interval training involves a sequence of high-intensity sessions separated by rest or relaxation periods. It'll raise your heart rate to anaerobic levels, which will strengthen your heart and circulation system.
Leg, Bums and Tums
Exercises for the legs, bums, and tums include squats, lunges, calf raises, stomach crunches, sit-ups, reverse crunches, and many others.
