My name is Irfan Rana and I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and has been training my clients since September 2021. I care deeply about my clients, and there is nothing of more value to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy and fit. I am very friendly and like to communicate on a friendly level where we can discuss your fitness needs and make plans accordingly.

There is a saying that “Health is wealth”. I strongly believe in this, and I think to be able to stay healthy, you need to be fit. 

If you’re confused with all the types of exercises and machines as if you have certain targets to achieve, you can’t waste your time and energy doing all the types of exercises and diets and not every exercise will benefit you towards achieving your goal.
